3rd Annual Curl for Hope Bonspiel

Are you a curler? The 3rd Annual Curl for Hope Bonspiel is looking for additional teams (and single players looking to join a team). This year’s event is taking place on Saturday, November 29th and promises a full day of curling activities, meals included and refreshments will be available at the bar. The winning team will receive a cash prize!

As you may be aware, Curl for Hope is an initiative originally conceived by PCSO board member Hayden Brown. Hayden engaged the Carleton Heights Curling Club (CHCC), who enthusiastically took on the challenge, turning into a highly successful fund-raiser and an enjoyable tournament for all participants. Unfortunately, in April of this year the CHCC facility was severely damaged in a devastating fire, so while repairs are underway the bonspiel is moving to the Carleton Place Curling Club (120 Patterson Crescent in Carleton Place).

All the details for the event are in the poster below. If you're part of team that like to participate or are a single player who would like to join a team, or if you have questions, please email Hayden Brown at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Through the kindness and dedication of the CHCC members, this event has raised almost $26,000 over the last 2 years. So even if you're not a curler, PCSO members are invited to drop by the curling club during the tournament to show your support for all the participants.
