Annual PCSO Christmas Gathering

It’s time once again on Thursday, 18 December 2025 for our ever-popular Prostate Cancer Support Ottawa Christmas Gathering

After another productive year thanks to the wonderful support of both our members and our Board of Directors, the Christmas season will soon be upon us, so let’s celebrate!

The words annual Christmas gathering

The annual PCSO Christmas Gathering will be held on Thursday, Dec 18th, beginning at 6:00PM at St. Stephen’s Anglican Church [MAP]. Appetizers will be available followed by the buffet dinner at 7:00 PM. As usual, spouses, partners, a friend, etc., are all are welcome.

Our amazing caterer, Lolacher’s, again this year will be serving up a traditional holiday feast with turkey, meat pie, meatballs, and some other favourites.

Registration

Registration this year will be through our CanadaHelps donor portal, to improve registration accuracy and reduce volunteer workload. The deadline for registering this year is Friday, Dec 12th.

This involves just a few simple steps, and you don’t need a CanadaHelps account, so start by clicking on the following link –

https://www.canadahelps.org/en/charities/pccn-ottawa/events/2025-christmas-dinner/.

  • On the “2025 Christmas Dinner” screen, select the number of no-cost PCSO Attendee tickets. Note: There also is an option here to donate to PCSO if you have not done so already in 2025.
  • Click on the Register button to go to the “Order Summary” page, where you’ll enter your purchaser information – name and e-mail information are required, but for your street address, you can just enter single characters.
  • Click Continue Without Logging-In.
  • Click the Checkout button.
  • On the “Order Summary” page, click Place Order.

CanadaHelps will send you a confirmation email with a ticket for each person registered, which you don’t need to bring to this event. You also will get 2 reminder notifications – one at 7 days before, and the other at 1 day before the event.

We look forward to you joining us to celebrate this past year and more good things ahead for 2025-2026.

Please note: The use of masks is not currently mandatory at St. Stephen’s; however, concerns remain regarding COVID, common flu infections and RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus), so please feel free to wear a mask if you’ll feel more comfortable. We’ll have plenty of masks and hand sanitizer on hand, and we’ll have lots of tables and chairs set up in our large meeting space so everyone will be able to spread out.
